How long is the lease term? |

Our lease term is one year, however, if you sign a lease and move in between the months of December and February, the term will be between 13 and 15 months. Your lease term date will end February 28th. |

Yes. Cats and small dogs (breed restrictions). There is a non-refundable pet security deposit of $250 (this is in addition to the regular security deposit) This is an extra monthly fee of $35 a month for one pet and $50 a month for 2 pets. |
